Thank you for your interest in the Shahbazian Institute. Your application will be considered once you have submitted all required documentation. Please complete the application form online and submit all materials via online application or email to admissions@shahbazian.institute.

For the application you will be asked to submit the following:

1.Complete the online application form.

2.Submit academic transcripts and diplomas:
Undergraduate Students (Associate or Bachelor’s Degree):
Email a copy of your high school transcript and diploma. If you have an Associate’s degree, email a copy of your Associate’s degree transcript and diploma instead.
Graduate Students (Master’s Degree):
Email a copy of your Bachelor’s degree and transcript.
All official transcripts and diplomas must be emailed directly to the Shahbazian Institute at admissions@shahbazian.institute

3. Proof of English language proficiency:Required for students whose first language is not English. English proficiency can be demonstrated with a copy of any of the following:
– Official TOEFL
– Official IELTS score
– Duolingo
– Official, transcript from a school showing Medium of Instruction: English (“Medium of Instruction” is English, meaning all classes and instruction at this school are delivered in the English language, even if it is not the native language of the students.
– Graduation certificate from Shahbazian Institute ELS programs.

4. A photocopy of current government official document (Passport, ID, Driver license, etc.) for proof of origin.

Note: Your admission file must be complete and accepted before you may register for classes.
