Business Development and Educational Partnership Coordinator

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial Coordinator of Institutional Advancement to help establish and expand partnerships on behalf of Shahbazian Institute and recruit students.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong networking, communication, and relationship-building skills who are interested in education and international collaboration.
Key Responsibilities

Develop relationships with high schools, colleges, universities, and ESL programs.

Identify and connect with companies interested in educational partnerships.

Initiate collaboration discussions and partnership opportunities.

Represent Shahbazian Institute professionally during meetings and communications.

Maintain records of outreach activities and partnership progress.
-
Assist in expanding the institute’s network and visibility.

Recruit students
Qualifications
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and meet goals.

Experience in education, student recruitment, sales, marketing, business development, or partnership development is an asset.

Professional proficiency in English.

Existing network within educational institutions or businesses.

Undergraduate degree.

Responsibilities
Develop and deliver course materials according to the institute’s curriculum.
Use diverse teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles.
Assess students through assignments, exams, and projects.
Provide academic and career guidance to students. Participate in faculty meetings and curriculum development.
Contribute to academic research and scholarly activities.
Qualifications
To be eligible for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
A Master’s degree (PhD preferred) in the relevant subject.
Online teaching experience at the higher education level is mandatory.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a diverse academic environment.
Commitment to student success and academic excellence.
Online and remote teaching experience
