Dr. Karpacheva is a multilingual professional with a robust foundation in applied linguistics, qualitative and quantitative research, and a deep commitment to supporting multicultural student populations. 

Her research on the relationship between diverse interactional experiences and the critical thinking skills of first-generation college students highlights her dedication to fostering cognitive growth. 

Through her years of research, she discovered that cross-racial and cross-cultural conversations beyond traditional classroom settings are crucial in enhancing critical thinking among first-generation college students.

Tatyana brings years of experience as an educator, where she employed multiple intelligences and interpersonal approaches to inspire student success. Her teaching philosophy emphasizes that every student can prosper with the proper guidance and support.

In addition to her academic background, Tatyana has successfully managed over 50 international projects, working with Fortune 500 companies to foster effective relationships with culturally diverse stakeholders. Her ability to resolve challenges and improve satisfaction reflects her strong leadership. 

Her experience and passion make her uniquely positioned to serve as the Dean of Academic and Student Services, driving both academic excellence and student success.
